User Agreement

Effective date: 2026-06-15

Welcome to Together Ledger. Please read this agreement carefully before using the app. By downloading, installing, signing in to, or using Together Ledger, you agree to this agreement.

1. Service Description

Together Ledger is a local-first personal and family bookkeeping app. It provides personal ledger records, account management, budgets, reports, local export/import, family ledger collaboration after sign-in, iOS Shortcuts quick entry, points, shop items, and virtual pet features.

Points, shop items, themes, and pet features are virtual rewards only. They have no real-money value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or withdrawn for cash.

2. Accounts and Sign-In

You can use local personal bookkeeping features without signing in. Family collaboration, server sync, and cross-device features require sign-in.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. If you find abnormal account activity, change your password, revoke Apple authorization if needed, and contact us.

3. Family Ledger Rules

A family ledger is a shared workspace. Administrators can invite or remove members, manage roles, and grant permissions for accounts, categories, and budgets. Members are responsible for the records and text they enter. Data entered into a family ledger remains part of that family ledger after a member leaves.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use Together Ledger for illegal, harmful, infringing, abusive, impersonating, or misleading activity. You must not submit unlawful or harmful content in notes, category names, account names, nicknames, or other text fields.

We may filter or block illegal or harmful text and may suspend or terminate account access when required by law, platform policy, or service safety needs.

5. Data Ownership

Your bookkeeping data belongs to you or, for family ledgers, to the participating family members. Together Ledger provides storage, display, sync, and collaboration features and does not claim ownership over your ledger content.

6. Availability

Personal bookkeeping is designed to work offline. Sign-in, family collaboration, sync, and server-side features depend on network and server availability. We try to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Intellectual Property

The app name, icons, visual assets, text, software, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited right to use the app and may not redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit it except as allowed by law.

8. Disclaimer

Together Ledger is a bookkeeping tool and does not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. You are responsible for decisions made using your records. We are not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, accidental deletion, or misuse, but we will try to help where practical.

9. Changes

We may update this agreement when laws, platform requirements, or product features change. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated agreement.
